If there’s ever a time of year when routines get tossed out the window, it’s the holidays. Between travel, parties, kids off school, and endless “we should get together!” plans—it’s easy to feel like workouts just can’t fit.
But here’s the truth: consistency doesn’t mean perfection.
It means doing something to keep your momentum going—so you don’t feel like you’re starting over again in January.
A few quick tips that make a big difference:
1. Shrink the goal.
If you can’t make it to your usual 3 workouts, commit to 2. The goal is to stay in motion.
2. Keep your workouts on your calendar.
Even if it’s a shorter one, schedule it like an appointment you can’t cancel. Do you ever cancel your doctors appointment? No so lets treat it like that
3. Move first thing in the morning.
Before the day gets away from you, before the to-do list piles up. Even 20 minutes will change how you feel all day.
4. Say “yes” strategically.
There’s a big difference between saying yes to what fills your cup—and yes to every invite that leaves you drained. Protect your energy.
5. Remember your “why.”
Whether it’s feeling confident at the family party, having more energy for your kids, or just not losing progress—you started this for a reason.
And if you need accountability (because, let’s be honest, we all do this time of year)… come get it here.
We’ve got sessions running right through the holidays, and a community of women who will keep you showing up when motivation runs thin.
