Deltas Workout of the Week Dec 29

Goal: Sweat out holiday stress and start fresh

Time: ~25 minutes

Equipment: Dumbbells or bodyweight

Warm-Up (5 minutes) Jump rope – 1 min

Squats – 1 min

High knees – 1 min

Arm circles – 1 min

Hip circles – 1 min

Main Workout – 3 rounds (40s work / 20s rest)

“Fresh Start” burpees – 8 reps

“Resolution Rows” (bent-over rows) – 12 reps

“New You” lunges – 10 each leg

“Strong Core” Russian twists – 15 each side

“Big Energy” jump squats – 12 reps

Cooldown

Forward fold – 1 min

Seated twist – 1 min each side

Deep breathing – 1 min

Trainer’s Tip: Don’t overthink January — show up, move, and the momentum builds itself.
