High Protein Hot Chocolate

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Warm milk over low heat.

  2. Whisk in cocoa until dissolved.

  3. Remove from heat, stir in protein powder and cinnamon.

Macros: 180 cal | 25g protein | 10g carbs | 3g fat
