Deltas Workout of the Week Jan 5

Time: ~25 minutes
Equipment: Dumbbells or bodyweight

Warm-Up (5 minutes)

Jump rope – 1 min
Squats – 1 min
High knees – 1 min
Arm circles – 1 min
Hip circles – 1 min

Main Workout — 3 Rounds

(40s work / 20s rest)

Burpees – 8 reps
Bent-over Rows – 12 reps
Alternating Lunges – 10 each leg
Russian Twists – 15 each side
Jump Squats – 12 reps

Cooldown

Forward fold – 1 min
Seated twist – 1 min each side
Deep breathing – 1 min

Trainer’s Tip:
You don’t need to do everything. You just need to do something — and keep going.
