I see you, summer sweat and all!

I see you.

Yep, you. The one sweating before the warm-up’s even done. The one pulling your ponytail tighter while pretending not to notice the woman next to you lifting heavier or squatting lower. The one second-guessing that tank top because, well… arms.

Summer’s here, and maybe that’s made you extra aware. Of how your shorts fit. Of the family BBQs where “just one more plate” turned into five. Of how your motivation has slowly melted away like the popsicles your kids keep leaving half-finished on the porch.

But I want you to know something…

I don’t see what you see.

You see thighs that touch, arms that jiggle, a belly that’s softer than you remember.
I see a woman who showed up.
On four hours of sleep.
After a long day at work.
With laundry still waiting and lunches to pack and that one group chat blowing up about who's bringing what to the neighborhood potluck.

I see a woman who’s holding everyone else together… and just quietly hoping for one hour a day where someone else helps hold her up.

That’s what we do here at Delta.

This isn’t just a gym. This is a space to remember who you are. To feel strong again — not just in your body, but in your mind. To shake off the “I’ll start Monday” voice and replace it with, “Look at me go.”

Summer can be sweaty and sticky and honestly a little unkind sometimes. But here, you’ll find air-conditioning, high fives, and women who get it. Really get it.

So don’t hang back. Don’t wait for the kids to go back to school. Don’t wait to feel ready.

You’re not alone.

You’re seen. You’re welcome. And you’re already enough.
