One of my favorite things about Delta is that there isn’t just one way to train here. Every woman’s life looks a little different, and what she needs from her workouts isn’t always the same. That’s why we have a lots of different options so you can find what works best for you.
Here’s a quick breakdown:
Large Group Classes (HIIT + Strength)
Perfect if you want high energy, variety, and the motivation of training with other women. You’ll sweat, laugh, and push yourself more than you thought possible—without having to figure out what to do on your own.
Small Group Strength
This one’s for ladies who want to really dial in on getting stronger, lifting heavier, and feeling more confident with their form—but still like having a few workout buddies alongside them. Ideal for those in menopause or peri-menopause.
Personal Training (1-on-1)
Great if you’ve got injuries, limitations, or just want the absolute most personalized approach and the fastest way to results. You’ll have a coach 100% focused on you, your goals, and making sure you’re moving safely and effectively.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Think of this as the sweet spot. You get a personalized plan with the support of a coach, but also the camaraderie of 2–3 other women training alongside you. A balance of individualized attention without losing the community feel.
