Turkey Taco Bowls

Ingredients (serves 3–4)

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning

  • 1 cup cooked rice or cauliflower rice

  • 1 cup corn

  • 1 cup black beans

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Brown turkey in oil, add seasoning and a splash of water.

  2. Layer bowls with rice, beans, corn, turkey, and tomatoes.

  3. Add toppings before eating.

Macros (per bowl): 420 cal | 36g protein | 38g carbs | 12g fat
