Deltas Workout of the Week Nov 3

Goal: Full-body workout, no equipment needed
Time: ~25 minutes
Equipment: None

Warm-Up (5 minutes)
Jumping jacks – 1 min
Squats – 1 min
Arm circles – 1 min
Hip circles – 1 min
High knees – 1 min

Main Workout – 3 rounds (45s work / 15s rest)
Squat jumps – 12 reps
Push-ups – 10 reps
Walking lunges – 10 each leg
Plank shoulder taps – 12 each side
Mountain climbers – 30s

Cooldown
Hamstring stretch – 1 min each side
Forward fold – 1 min
Deep breathing – 1 min

Trainer’s Tip: This is proof that your body alone is enough to get stronger.
