Do you want next year to feel like this one?

This week always feels a little strange.

Christmas is done.
The rush has passed.
Life is still busy, but it’s quieter somehow.

There’s this small pause where you finally get a second to breathe and think.

And if you’re anything like the women I talk to every day, that thinking starts to sound like…

I don’t want next year to feel like this year.
I don’t want to feel this tired again.

Not in a “new year new me” way.

Not January 1st.
Not when everything magically calms down.
