Greek Chicken Bowls

Macros (per bowl): 370 cal | 38g protein | 25g carbs | 12g fat

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 8 oz grilled chicken breast
  • ½ cup quinoa
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp hummus or tzatziki
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place quinoa in a bowl.
  2. Top with chicken, cucumber, and tomatoes.
  3. Add hummus or tzatziki, olive oil, and lemon
